Illume Digital Studio provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to website design and development, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and automation tools.
Service Delivery Timelines:
- Website design and development projects are typically completed within 4-8 weeks from the project start date.
- SEO strategies commence within 7 business days after the agreement is signed and the required materials are received.
- Social media management services begin within 7 business days after onboarding is complete.
Project Kick-Off:
Work begins only after:
- Approval of the project scope.
- Payment of the first month’s fee for ongoing services.
Revisions and Feedback: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Feedback for each round must be provided within 3 business days of receiving the deliverable.
Delivery of Final Assets: Upon project completion and full payment, final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format (e.g., website launch, digital file delivery).
Ongoing Services: For ongoing services, such as SEO or social media management:
- Monthly reports for the previous period are provided by the 15th of each month.
- Strategy adjustments are discussed quarterly unless otherwise agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities: Timely communication and provision of the necessary information, approvals, or access (e.g., hosting credentials and brand assets) are essential to ensure the smooth fulfillment of services. Delays in providing these materials may result in extended timelines.
- Payment Schedule: Payments for services are due as outlined in the invoice.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until payment is received. A late fee of 5% will apply to payments overdue by 15 days or more.
- Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following:Deposits and monthly retainers are non-refundable once work has begun.For ongoing services, cancellations require a 30-day written notice.Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
- Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables for your project. Illume Digital Studio retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies used during the project.
- Usage Rights: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
- Portfolio Usage Rights: By using our service, you agree to allow Illume Digital Studio to display the finished product on our website, social media, and other platforms for marketing purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, client lists, and login credentials.
Illume Digital Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
